We are now both just into our 50's and working hard towards our retirement. Our fully furnished apartment is available for rent frpm only 175 GBP per week. It is this cheap because not all the facilities are available on the development. See the rental page for full details
We celebrated my 50th birthday at a typical Bulgarian restaurant in Sofia along with five of my family, the DIrectors and staff from Golf Club Ibar, 12 property owners also from Golf Club Ibar and Ivo Tanev, my business colleague and his wife Luba. These 12 owners and 2 other members presented me with this wonderful sketch. The story behind it is that during one of my visits to Bulgaria I lost my mobile phone and nearly left my camera and camcorder in Taxi.

I spent neary 26 years in the Royal Navy, specialising in communications and left as a Chief Petty Officer in 2000. After five years in Telecommunications I was made redundant and now work as a Vessel Traffic Services Operator in the Port of Plymouth, Devon. This involes controlling both Military and Commercial shipping throughout the port. Its shiftwork, but pays the bills and allows me to play more golf.
Wendy has for the past nine years worked for a Telecommunication Company. Her main interest is reading and we both like to walk the Devon and Cornwall coastline
We, have bought a two bedroom apartment on the fantastic Nicklaus Design Country Golf Club & Spa, which is located at the foot of the Rila Mountains, Dolna Banya, Bulgaria. It is the first PGA Golf course to be built in South-Eastern Europe and is expected to be complete by 2011/12. This is our Villa Ephrosina apartment block containing 8 apartments. Ours is on the top floor, French windows 2,3 and 4 from the right and has a 40 foot balcony, with views looking up towards the golf course and Rila Mountains.
