We bought this fantastic two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the Nicklaus Design Country Golf Club & Spa, which is located at the foot of the Rila Mountains, Dolna Banya, Bulgaria. It is still under construction with stage one nearly complete.
We have been renting our out apartment from £150 per week for the past three years, where those tenants that stay have been using it as a base to explore the fantastic local area and for the Skiing season in Borovets, which is located just 20 minutes drive away.
There are numerous activities to undertake, such as Skiing, Golf, Horse Riding, Water Sports, Flying, Mountain Biking, Treking, shooting and sightseeing to name but a few.
