As you will read on our website, Nicklaus design are building a PGA championship golf course at the foot of the Rila Mountains, in Dolna Banya which is situated approx 16km from Borovets in Bulgaria.
Stage one of the development is just about complete, unfortunately the SPA facilities are not yet available, however a temporary clubhouse serving drinks and light food are. Nine holes are now playable, in addition there is a 6 hole short game practice area with PGA spec greens, a huge driving range and practice green and bunkers to die for.
The location is stunning and when fully operational, will become a premium destination for golfers, which is situated within a gated community with golf only available to owners tenants and not open to the general public.
Dolna banya is also a great location as a place to stay for those who also want to explore Bulgaria’s regions. Only a 45 minute drive from Sofia airport and 20 minutes from the ski resort of Borovets.
Return transport can be arranged from the Airport to the development at an extra cost (see below).
The location is perfect for someone who wants to chill out and tour the area. There are some fantastic walks, fishing and Hunting nearby. Check out what is available here
So what would you expect to pay to rent my apartment for a week (or part of), well to put you out of your agony it is only from £150!!!including free golf. This will only be until the 18 holes are ready, so get yourself a bargain.

The airlines are now advertising their prices so get in quick before the prices go up. Transport to/from Borovets, skiing equipment, lift passes and skiing instruction can be arranged for you. 30 percent owned by local Council
16km from the Ski resort of Borovets and 8km from the Super Borovets project 45 mins drive from the airport
13 month rental potential (9 golf, 4 skiing)

BG SURVEYOR
In mid 2007 I started working as a UK Representative for a Bulgarian Surveyor company called BG Surveyor. They currently provide surveys/snagging reports for all types of properties across the whole of Bulgaria.
